We offer age-appropriate activities including arts and crafts, games, storytelling, and quiet activities like coloring and reading. For weddings, we often incorporate wedding-themed crafts such as creating cards for the couple or simple keepsakes. All activities are customized based on the ages of the children and the wedding venue.

We recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance, especially for weddings during peak season (May-October). This ensures we can secure the best nannies for your event and have adequate time to plan activities and coordinate with your venue. However, we do understand that plans can change, so we also accommodate last-minute bookings when possible.

Safety is our top priority. All our nannies undergo thorough background checks, are CPR and First Aid certified, and have extensive childcare experience. We maintain appropriate child-to-nanny ratios, establish clear check-in/check-out procedures, and coordinate with venue staff to identify safe areas for children. We also collect detailed information about each child, including emergency contacts, allergies, and special needs.

We coordinate with you and the venue regarding meals. Typically, children eat the meals provided by your caterer, and our nannies supervise mealtime. For longer events, we recommend arranging appropriate snacks with your caterer. We’re happy to accommodate special dietary needs and can help communicate these to your catering team.

We primarily serve Wilmington and the surrounding coastal communities, including Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, Leland, and Southport. For locations beyond these areas, additional travel fees may apply.
